Dimo’s Barley Pearler is used to dehull barley for the determination of mellowness and heat-damaged kernels.
It uses a 30 grit stone and a No. 8 mesh stainless steel screen. With a 24 grit stone and a No. 7 mesh screen wheat can also be pearled to determine hardness. The hulled or pearled grain is discharged through a slot into the sample drawer, while the chaff and hulls are passed through a screen into a large catch drawer. Each unit is equipped with a 1/3 HP motor and a automatic timer that can be set to any desired time. Shaft guard also installed.

CORN SIEVE SET:
Consists of 12/64 round hole, 14/64 round hole and bottom pan, injection molded ABS frame system. Easily determine dockage in wet or dry Corn.
PEA SIEVE SET:
Consists of 8/64 slotted, 9/64 slotted and 11/64 slotted and bottom pan. For dockage estimation in Green or Yellow Peas.
