ARROWCORP 36" CLOSED CIRCUIT ASPIRATOR With Powered Feed Roll

  • Closed circuit design requiring 400 cfm from a remote source.
  • 36″ wide Powered feed roll c/w 1-1/2HP 3/60,230/460V TEFC motor and weighted gate.
  • Full width expansion chamber and air liftings screw conveyor driven by a 1HP 3/60,230/460V TEFC motor.
  • Air liftings on either the left- or right-hand side.
  • Product from Air Liftings screw to drop from Auger discharge to a Rotary valve that will allow product to be moved via air system to waste. (3/4 HP)
  • Height of 12″ for the material to drop between the air settlings and the rotary valve with sample access port.
  • Sealmaster bearings throughout.
  • Closed Circuit design with Integral fan, 3HP 3/60,230/460 volt TEFC motor and return duct work. (Requires VFD for air control. VFD is quoted on a separate line item.
  • 10 gauge M.S. liners in feed box and product discharge.
  • Premier/ArrowCorp hammer tone white and Green paint
